CEX.io - Can anyone help

Hi Steemers

I have had problems depositing and trying to buy on CEX.io for a whole week now. I have mailed support and not sure what is happening as they say it is maintenance but surely it cannot be for a whole week. there reply " sorry we are trying our best as there are alot of queries and will get to yours as soon as possible."

Surely as an exchange they have to be up and running especially the amount they make on daily transactions???

Does anyone else have these problems as my last post someone said it was back up but not for me i am still having major difficulties and this is the time i want to buy when it is low. maybe they are manipulating it so when the prices start to rise they come back on and make more money ??
