very hard jam in Indian

While getting home at 11:00 I met a lot of people on the way, it took me 15 minutes to reach home but now while coming from job I realized that our life has become like this red, green and yellow light. Just like the red light cuts, it means stop at one place, don't do anything, just keep watching, then a green light comes, which means keep going till the red light doesn't come, then a yellow light comes, which means whatever has to be done, just somehow get out, otherwise you will be successful.
