How I made Strawberry Mojito

When it comes to mojito there are different kind of mojito we can taste from stores. Mostly I have tasted virgin mojito and black mojito. But my most favorite from the store is passion fruit mojito. It has a magical taste. That’s how I think.

This is not about the mojito from the store, this is how I made my own mojito at home.

These are the ingredients I used,

Few Strawberries
Few mint leaves
Ice cubes
Lemonade flavor soda

The method to make,

First I have sliced two strawberries and added them into my jar. Then I have added two minchi(mint) leaves and ice cubes. I have used a wooden spoon to crush them together. Since I have a little minchi (mint) plant at home, I got my mint leaves from it. Crushing strawberries and mint helps to get the flavor into the drink.

Then I have added my lemonade flavor soda into the jar and mixed. We can use any soda drink as our preferences. Normally, it is better when the lemonade flavor or non flavor soda is used. If non flavor soda is used we can add few drops of lemon into the drink.

Since I didn’t wanted it to be so sugary, I didn’t add sugar into this. If someone needs it to be sugary it is better to add sugar syrup than adding sugar cubes and dissolving it.

Finally, I have added few slices of strawberries and mint leaves into the jar so it looks better.
