Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.
Linphone's primary functionality is VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). That's why they used a phone icon in their logo.
No proper licence file and and there is an agreement which you need to sign to be able to contribute.
Don't forget to convert all your text into objects.
