JUMP ROPE SKILLS HOMEMADE VENEZUELA
Esta es mi otra faceta aparte de mi trabajo como cocinero, me encanta ejercitarme y mantenerme en forma. Aunque tengo mi buena panza (porque disfruto la vida, jajaja) voy al gym todos los dias y salto la cuerda. Actualmente estoy enfocado en adquirir más fuerza y masa muscular.

Muchisimas gracias hermano, pues eso se adquiere con el tiempo y la practica constante. Tengo un buen rato saltando la cuerda. Poco a poco se adquiere coordinación y resistencia. Saludos!
