In the entry of my mini post series, "WILL THERE EVER BE A TIME WHERE LAND IS SOLD OVER $100?" I mentioned that if land in each territory has its own set of special earning or attributes, low demand from buyers looking forward to the release of information about the upcoming territories, and more information about land rentals to help increase the price of WOO land. This is part 2 where I will consider more about what the value of land currently is and how it can been seen worth more later.

So what is an 8 or 9 star worth? Well, a WOOPARTSUN land pack cost $20, the odds of getting an 8 or 9 star land are under 10$WOO was spent on improving how much $WOO can potentially be earned if events are held on it) the land will become worth (at today's current$WOO price) $7 more expensive. So we're looking at about an asset that cost$27 that could be valued on the market over $100, because how rare they are to get in packs (something like maybe 1-2 out of 100 land packs which would cost$2000)

When it comes to buying land from the WOO Market being sold by other players,
I would absolutely not take into consideration the invested $WOO spent on upgrading the land. That is a “them problem” and I would also assume they did not upgrade the land appropriately and would counter the “invested$WOO argument with this point”. The price of $WOO is actually reduced from when the land sale occurred and when players upgraded their land so you’d be over paying for that$WOO, and if you’re a savage you would go back into the blockchain, see when they made their upgrades and figure out actually calculate how much they spent to make the deal in your favor if the price of $WOO is higher later on and they want to increase the price because of that.

So as of now, because WOO land doesn't earn any income passively or (actively unless you sell it) it is hard to get any buyers over $100 right now without more information about what will happen with the next territory or what will happen wit the remaining 4,785 packs. When there are more packs to buy from other territories it will continue to become harder to sell over land$100 unless there is extreme demand from buyers and a very large amount of new comer entering the game looking to get as many assets as they can.

But I guess it's fair to always lean on the phrase, "never say never".
