Located in in the high mountains in northern #Pakistan, Khaplu Palace, donated by the family of Raja to the Aga Khan Foundation, is now a well-conserved heritage hotel led by the Serena Hotels. Near the Khaplu palace, there is the tomb of saint Syed Mir Muhammad, whose crumbling structure was restored by the Aga Khan Foundation and won a UNESCO award in 2003. #AKDN
