The suspension bridge (right in picture) over Chitral River connecting Orghuch village is in a very dilapidated condition. The new jeepable bridge (right in picture) is left incomplete by the contractor and needs the attention of the concerned authorities.

Collapse of the suspension bridge can cause great losses as thousands of people, including students, from Orghuch village use this for traveling to other parts of Chitral. In 2016, a girl died after falling down in Chitral River from this bridge.
