How to steemit?

In those days all of us are seing the market drop.

Then few questions arise to optimize the movement.

As a new starter I'm asking to someone that really know how to answer this questions to read the post.

It's not even that long!

Then my questions are:

1: How much to post and when a post is good for everybody.

2: Why people with high rate points don't like nobody comments even if it is interesting and appropriate?

3: Are all that bots helpful or they just eat a bit of you incomes

4: Is the steem the best crypto currency to play with?

5: How to increase the followers without spamming blogs, posts and comments?

May one of this question offend you as a steemit veteran, I remind you that I started this with a friend's help and past week I didn't know about the existence of this site or Steem crypto currency.
