Powerdowns
The powerdown of 13 weeks is an absurd feature of the Steem Blockchain. No other meaningful chain has this mechanism. It could have been useful to reduce the liquid STEEM in the market.
Is there enough liquid STEEM in the market ?
The answer is yes and the quicker powerdowns will just bring more businesses to Steem blockchain.
The bid bots on the chain was the most used applications and they used make money. Bidbot runners were the kings on the chain and we need normal witnesses.
Thus we support decreasing the powerdowns to 3 days or less.

Will you be running your witness on a Raspberry Pi? From my understanding reducing the powerdown to 3 days will be very bad for the reward pool because it is based on 7 days or would you like to reduce the time a post is active to also 3 days?
At least the priceed and switching between the backup servers will be from a Pi
