Is my existence worth it? 🤔
Why don't i just put an end to this? ☹️

These are questions associated with the intent of making a decision to commit SUICIDE.

Trust me when i say that we go through things that are quite enough to even make us want to throw in the towel.

We face issues at our workplace, schools, homes and several places and at several times with several related troubles.

According to the world health organization (WHO) it is said that 700,000 people tend to commit suicide every year.
Suicide has seen to be a death cause that occurs to people of all age bracket.
It has even been seen that young people tend to have suicidal thoughts due to peer pressure influence and even stigmatization. The folks of the older ages tend to have suicidal thoughts due to financial issues or other related issues they are experiencing.
Suicide can be caused by many things in which we will look into and along-side the effects and solutions to this problem.

Causes of Suicide

This is one major cause of suicide. Abuse can come in several ways as in physical abuse, sexual abuse, oral abuse etc.
A lot of people face these issues whereby they are violently made to take decisions against their own will.
You could see young folks being sexually abused in which it could cause pains and even psychological trauma and depression leading to a thought of suicide.

😥 Loss of hope

There are times whereby people tend to lose their hopes and faith in the belief that things could get better.
This loss of hope can result from the fact they have tried several options, they have tried making a successful worthwhile life yet it seems nothing is working out and it could lead to a bad decision making.

😭 Stigmatization

This is an issue whereby a person is associated or related with being of disgrace.
This may occur due to the fact that the person is from a particular race or even being associated with a physical conditions.
Such people are faced with abuses and insults or even mockery and it can lead to suicidal thoughts.

This is another cause of suicide where by people tend to lose their properties as a result of wars and crisis and even environment become unstable and uncomfortable making them to bring up the idea of committing suicide

😓 Bullying and Low self esteem

This is associated with the younger folks whereby they face issues of bullying which can cause the child to have low self esteem and low performance in daily activities and a segregation from the society.

Effects of suicide

• Grieving of related ones
• Emotional breakdown of related peeps
• Trauma caused on loved ones
• Increased risk of depression of loved ones

Suicide can be curbed and controlled and even avoided so lets see the solutions to suicide:

• Remove the stigma by talking to someone about the issues you are facing. Talk to a professional or even someone who can confide in so as to help you with what you are going through.

• You need to be aware of the signs of suicide. you can see signs like dissociating yourself from the general public, always feeling sad, and thoughts about the suicide.
  When you notice this you can try to do things that make you happy and also talk to people.

• You need to know that help is around you and around the corner.
  There are helplines and professional bodies where you can walk into and seek for help including legal help and advice.

• You need to guide your mental health. You can do this by minding the post you read or things you engage in, or even attending seminars that help talk about minding your mental health.

• We need to show each other care and love and stop these racial arguments and stop this hate we give.
  We are all equal and all humans even when fate has decided the way we are born it does not decide the way we will end.
  So a little act of kindness can save a live. 💖

Together we can help fight against the suicide issues and make sure we look out for each other.
We are our brother's keeper and also we are all responsible for each other, a loss of a person is a big blow to the society.
Lets just join forces and make sure we relate with people, attend social functions and also keep our hopes alive cause as long as there is life, there is still hope. 😉
