Needless if I sigh
Needless if I cry
Needless if I lie
If I only just try!

Needless if I break the ice
Needless if I hit the mice
Needless if I think otherwise
As long as I get the price!

Needless if it’s a must
Needless if it’s at high cost
Needless if I bite the dust
So far as I’m not lost!

Needless if I hurry
Needless if I worry
Needless if I face the jury
I won’t feel sorry!
