Learner Agency within Early Education
With the rise of innovation, creativity and technology in our classrooms. Early education teachers are left with the question of "What about us?" Many teachers love the concept of learner agency through the means of innovation and technology but they are lost on where to start. Our preschool and early education students are still learning how to self-regulate in order to meet their needs, but we are expecting them to be able to take initiative in their learning process, but how?
Where can we start? What do our young students need?

Fostering healthy communication and positive participation from parents is very crucial in the developing years in education. Being able to have a good relationship with the parents and teachers and collaborating for the needs of the child is a must and with things being the way they are because of COVID-19 the importance of parental participation and collaboration in the classroom can help alleviate all the pressure placed on teachers .
