What's inside the pot?

Hello, everyone! Newbie here! How are y'all doing?

I'm fine, but today, I killed 5 creatures. And it scares me, at the same time made me nervous.
I felt their struggle inside the sizzling heat of the pot. And if they can speak, I believe they'll shout for "help, open up!" But I couldn't, they needed to be where they are. Their hands are moving so fast inside and I can feel it as I was holding the pot's cover for it not to open up. Until they stop, which means that their dear life is over.

I felt sad for them, for real. But I have no choice.

What do you think are the creatures inside? Any guesses?
