Silver Price Chart for 2018 - Double Bottom?

No denying this has been a very bad year for silver and in particular the mining stocks.
I was looking at the silver price chart for 2018 and am wondering whether September and November will prove to be the double bottom for silver, too early to call but maybe there is potential there. Of course there is the argument that charts mean nothing when the markets can dump a ton of paper silver contracts at will.
