Desserts and pastry

Hi guys, it's been a while since my last post, but I wanted to show you some new desserts and pastry I've made lately, hope you guys enjoy and let me know what you think!

This is a strawberry and raspberry bavreoise with a strawberry tuille, white chocolate mouse and mango gel.

And this one is a chocolate dessert, with brownie, mouse, parfait, tuille and yoghurt crisps
