Hello Steemit - Hello Everyone

I am going to admit upfront the keys on my keyboard have a tendency to stick (even though I clean it frequently and I do not eat & type) so if my spelling is off....sorry!

I came across Steemit by researching crypto currencies, and thought perhaps this could be a quick way to make a buck. In addition to that, perhaps Steemit can help me break my Facebook addiction. So is this going from heroin to methadone, or the other way around? Only time will tell I suppose.

My name (Rebel Scum) comes straight from Star Wars. My profile photos come straight from Greece. I am not Greek or from there, I just there on vacation in summer '17. Beautiful place.

I think I am going to be using Steemit by replying to people at first, just to get a sense of how this thing works, and then when I feel confident, start posting some thoughts. And if I like it, I know a couple of people to send the Steemit link to so they can join up.
