Can anyone explain this?

I have been looking at this account @furiouspete123 and hes account is basically empty like few transactions very little steem and dollars, but i saw he had few successful posts on steemit vote vise, And yet when i take a look at hes wallet i can only see like 10 transactions. Wtf is going on here ?
