Feel the thump of your feet pouncing on the Earth's surface! Feel it rattle and shake! Rippling downward and drumming the rhythm of your heart beat. The heart beat of Gaia, Mother Earth, and Nature. Move, twist and sway to her motion, your motion. The Earth moves as you move and as you know. Speak loving words to everyone; because they are reflections of you. Speak love to yourself, because you are love! It is unnatural for you to do otherwise. It's time to return to nature, to natural ways of flow and to the true you. Humanity has a place rightful in creating.  Stand with dignity and act with integrity. It's time to rise, find your worth, your love light and shine without hesitation, without asking permission, and absolutely without fear.  If you want to connect to spirit, take a good look into the  mirror and say these words: 

" I Love Myself" "I love all of Me"  That is the closest and purest way.

Honor yourself, 

Love yourself, 

Cherish yourself,

Hug yourself, 

Dance with yourself, 

Sing to yourself, 

Talk to yourself, 

Laugh to yourself, 

because you now know the key to freedom.
