Loving Me Some Scallops

Seafood has got to be one of my favorite kinds of food because there is so much variety from all over the world! My love for seafood knows no bounds but what I really like are some freshly made scallops! Everybody here in the house enjoys seafood so I made some scallops as a snack for the family. We also had some cocktail sauce on hand too to enjoy the seafood with. Scallops are always a good snack and a great side dish to accompany an entree. Are you a fan of seafood?
