Blessed by Our Trees

Not to worry... As we always say in The Terminal, real life always comes first. I have been more absent as well; the flooring in our single-wide trailer is in terrible shape. So we've been trying to find someone to help us replace it. We are extremely concerned that it's going to collapse under the feet of one of our grandchildren. So you see... no need to apologize, or explain. But I see this as further proof of your positive energy.

On our walk home he often takes time to touch and connect with each tree and insists on that being captured.

What an adorable young man! I'm sure this gives you those,"I've raised him right" vibes. If not, it should. Trees are indeed a prescious thing... besides giving us oxygen. The provide shade for us, a way to build a place to live... and let's not forget, a great spot for a photo-opp!

I love this show - and have loved it for years! hehehe It's a wonderful place to make that connection with other people in a slightly more intimate setting than commenting! but i surely love commenting too! hahahaha

I have to say I FELT this post. When you started talking about your son and his affinity for the trees... I can so relate. and permit me to invite another amazing soul to this post! I think @samsmith1971 and her sons would also share this same connection to trees!!!! She's gonna love this post - I already know it! hahahaha

and then one final thing!!! Your son might just get the BIGGEST kick out of this!!!

I wrote a post mayyyyyyyybe hmmm 4 or 5 months ago???

I was sitting in my room - and looking out the window - and the most amazing thing happened.

it was just the perfect lighting and the perfect temperature to actually watch this tree "breathe"

I've never seen it before - and haven't seen it since! and I tried to capture it on video - but it was SO much more visible with my eye. The video shows it - but not NEARLY as clearly as it was with my naked eye!

Please do enjoy this??? I really think it will be special for you son!!!
