Not since 2016

The past few years have had rather mild weather. It’s not since 2016 that Mission, Texas has had long stretches of 100F heat.

I recall that was one hot summer. But, the next year we had record-breaking temps, even if it was for a shorter period. Things have been mellow since then. Sure, there may have been a day or two at 104F. But not entire weeks.

One more month until we can back into more bearable weather in the 90s.
