Alive & Thriving ,a motivated sunday : Do not throw in the towel yet
Hi there, happy new week friends , I woke up this morning feeling motivated to encourage someone out there who is at the verge of giving up to hang on, dear friend is not time to give up yet. A day waking up alive is a proof of hope of tomorrow , for is only the living that has hope of tomorrow and so for each passing day is an opportunity to keep pushing.
Dear friends I came to tell you that tough time never last but tough people like you last and so once you give up then is over but when you refuse to give up , you will surely emerge as a victor. Do have a fruitful week ahead dear friends, stay tune to my blog as i keep bringing you some motivational words your way bye

Cycling is a good form of aerobic exercise. Regular cycling has been associated with a good number of health benefits.
