UPDATE: Resolution With Jeff Berwick Reached
My previous posts are no longer editable, so I wanted to update everyone here. A couple weeks ago, Berwick reached out to me via email. After some back and forth, we came to a mutually agreeable resolution last week. The resolution was reached voluntarily and without state intervention.
So, I have dropped my dispute with Berwick and TDV Immigration. Also, I wanted to thank everyone who supported me in my pursuit of a resolution.

Baah, the resolution was reached in private so I prefer to keep the details private. However, rest assured that the resolution was satisfactory to both of us.

I believe that if one owns their redemption in public they'd be seen as both vulnerable and lauded for their acts, as we all fuck up, but it doesn't define us once we own it.
How is the fact that he got caught and payed you off any better than just getting caught?

EDIT:EDIT: Turn's out he has scammed ALOT of people. Maybe he finally grew a conscience and will start paying back all of his victims. Highly unlikely but you'd never know ^^
Berwick is like the Alex Jones of crypto, an obvious con man that should be ignored and avoided. Sure some of his stances on geopolitical issues are correct but his oddly unstudied conspiracy ideology is an attempt to make himself look like an outsider and appeal to, scared easily persuaded people, so he can take their money. Seriously one of the worst figures in the cryosphere in terms of damage he's doing.

Anyone who has followed TDV through his newsletter has done very well, especially given that the newsletter is very reasonably priced. If you want to see borderline con men in the Libertarian/Freedom Space. Look up reviews for Peter Schiffs Europacific Capital.
OK.... I made enough to retire and buy a beautiful property from his advice...

Rich, I am glad to hear this. At the same time, you asked for my help and the help of other folks in getting this far with the resolution of your dispute.
To then keep the details from us is not right. This is a public matter. You requested, and got, help.
We deserve the same level of detail when it comes to the resolution as it did when it was just a complaint.
Anything else is bad faith. I'm flagging this but am willing to unflag it if you remedy this.
Allot of value have been accumulated in crypto, if TDV is the only one who tipped you off to it thats pretty nice, I'm glad for your sucess.This difference is whether you are going to leave your home country and buy a passport from him because he told you the sky is falling?
Jeff has helped numerous People and will continue to do so well into the Future. If you want Better Health and a Better Financial Future then take what you will from the Info that Jeff shares freely and leave the Rest. "LUCY Sit's"
