Crispy & Creamy Cajun Spiced Potatoes // Barbeque Nation Style

Cajun Potatoes are crisp, crunchy potatoes immersed in spicy mayo sauce and herbs. These are very creamy and filling and a great snack to serve to guests at home. The Italian spices and garlic are not to be skipped since these form the backbone of the dish. Let’s see how we prepare this yummy snack at home.

Boiled baby potatoes- 6-7
Mayonnaise 2-3 tsp
Oregano 1tsp
Chilli flakes 1tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Corriender leaves chopped
Red chillies powder 1/2 tsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
