Trouble
Ive been on Weku the last few days trying it out. There is a lot more interaction between the members. What happened to Steemit?
When I first joined Steemit, it was promoted as the next best thing for social media. This has got to be the least social site Ive been on.
Come on Steemit. Get tour shit together.

Weku has its own issues as pointed out by @littleboy.
The current downtrend on Steemit can be attributed to the bear market and the recent hard fork. Of course, Steemit is not the sole use case for this blockchain as many would be led to believe. There are other dapps on the platform.
Since you are an artist, have you tried exploring different Discord servers where various communities are based in? The unfortunate side effect of Steemit not having community features as it should is that communities tend to be their own islands off the chain and one would have to look for them.
I'm not an artist, but I'm sure people like @charisma777 or @stahlberg could point you in the right direction. As for an active community, you should check out @vladivistok's place. You'll find active Steemians and Witnesses who are involved in the community. https://discord.gg/nVqmQUP
