Beth Parker is a clever private detective from The Netherlands. She leads an idyllic life. However, all that changes when Beth books a summer holiday to rural South Africa.

At first Beth finds South Africa very picturesque. Then there's the mysterious, charming navigator, Abdul Osiki, who makes her feel something she hasn't felt in the longest time, uncontrollable desire. When abdul invites her to go on safari alone with him, she doesn't know what to do. She fancies him but does she trust him?
