Stuffed Pepper

Another of my favorite dishes is the stuffed pepper. Had one the other night. Its basically a large bell pepper, stiffed with meat and rice. The chop meat is sautéed first with some black pepper and garlic. You can add some grated cheese to taste if you like or some spice like red pepper. The other is rice or some use bread mixed with the chop meat. A little tomato sauce to top it off.
