Hi friends.

It is said that people are born with the talent to be leaders, however, I believe this is not necessarily the case. A person can learn to develop different skills throughout his or her life thanks to the learning acquired by the experiences lived.

Being a leader is a combination of virtues because it has nothing to do with submission or intransigent command, but quite the opposite. I believe that the characteristics of a good leader include courage, empathy, assertiveness, objective decision-making, and the ability to face certain situations.

We are all learners in some aspects of our lives, but we are also leaders in others.

Hola amigos.

Se dice que las personas nacen con el talento para ser líderes, sin embargo, creo que esto no es necesariamente así. Una persona puede aprender a desarrollar diferentes habilidades a lo largo de su vida gracias al aprendizaje adquirido por las experiencias vividas.

Ser líder es una combinación de virtudes porque no tiene nada que ver con la sumisión o el mando intransigente, sino todo lo contrario. Creo que entre las características de un buen líder están el valor, la empatía, la asertividad, la toma de decisiones objetivas y la capacidad de afrontar determinadas situaciones.

Todos somos aprendices en algunos aspectos de nuestra vida, pero también somos líderes en otros.
