STA Resources (STAA) Pays IDR 109 Billion Dividend, Check This Disbursement Scheme

PT Sumber Tani Agung Resources (STAA) will distribute dividends of IDR 359 billion. That's equivalent to 33.4 percent of last year's net profit of IDR 1.08 trillion. A total of Rp250 billion has been disbursed to shareholders prior to the initial public offering (IPO).

That way, the company will also disburse the remaining dividends of IDR 109 billion or around IDR 10 per share. Furthermore, a total of Rp218 billion was set aside as a mandatory reserve fund. And, the remaining net profit is recorded as retained earnings to increase working capital of Rp500 billion.

The cash dividend distribution schedule is as follows. Cum regular market dividend and negotiated market on July 25, 2022 Ex regular market dividend and negotiated market on July 26, 2022 Cum market dividend on July 27, 2022.

Ex cash market dividend on 28 July 2022. Recording date aka list of shareholders entitled to dividends on 27 July 2022. And, Sumber Tani Agung cash dividend payment on 12 August 2022. (*)
