Palestinian Pizza (MSAKHAN)

Palestinian pizza called (Msakhan) one of the most popular food in the Levant, especially in Palestine and Jordan, it is considered one of the famous food for the Palestinians in winter , it is prepared using Arab bread olive oil and sumac, which is beloved food for everyone, This article mentions the method of preparing the Palestinian Pizza and I hope to try it because its taste is amazing.

Ingredients:

2 chickens cut into four pieces
1 onion
2 Cinnamon sticks
3 pieces of Laurel paper
4 kg chopped onions
3 cups olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 tbsp sumak
8 Arab (Iranian) bread loaf

For decoration:
Fried almonds

How to prepare?
In a deep saucepan, put the chicken with water. Place the pot on medium heat until the chicken boils.

Add onion, cinnamon, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Place chicken on fire for 30 minutes until cooked.
In medium saucepan, Place onions and oil on medium heat. Cook onion for 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

put the chicken in the tray then Place the chicken under the grill until the chicken is browned.

Put the bread in the onion oil then put it in the tray. Spread the mix the onions.

Then decorate it by sumak and fried almonds. In a wide serving dish place loaves of bread and chicken.

Its is served hot with yogurt.
