The fate of any business, be it brick and mortar or on-line, rests on the ability to cash flow. Those that can maintain it, flourish; those without, fail!
Get this: over 66% of all independent business, again brick and mortar or on-line, fail within 10 years of start up! All of those that failed had, no doubt, great products, services or opportunities. The common denominator: lack of sufficient cash flow to grow and sustain the business.
Now, the Cash Flow Formula really is no secret. All successful business use the same basic strategy from the beginning of time. Technologies have changed the tactics, but the strategy remains the same.
- Generate enough "Now" money to purchase the assets and advertisement needed to grow an audience and build relationship.
- Generate enough income to continue to grow the business in step one and sustain the current standard of living; pay the day-to-day living expenses.
- Cover 1 and 2 and prove the cash flow to provide a freedom lifestyle.
There is no jumping to 3 without nailing 1 and 2!
