Bearish market

Now we don't have to be a genius to see the crypto market is bearish, meaning it is on a downwards trend.
Now you can handle this in a couple of ways.

1. Panic, shut up shop and cut your loses - NOT RECOMMENDED

2. Turn off all notifications ignore all the outside influences and just HODL - Recommended

3. My personal favorite, buy more of your favorite coins and improve your position! buy the DIP .

Just remember why you first got involved with crypto, yes it volatile but it always come back.
