值得記錄一下的一次下廚！

自從係Auckland the Depot食過佢份skirt steak之後一直都念念不忘。

煮Outside Skirt都煮過四五次，終於連個炸洋蔥圈都還原埋，再改良一下加入一啲自己選料調配的炸漿及chimichurri sauce嘅味道，咁就要牛味有牛味，要惹味有惹味，終於做出一個自己比較滿意及有信心的菜式！

期待下批白老鼠到來😅
