A casual weekend run
I just finished a 9.611km run that lasted about 0hh:45mm:1ss !
I did a run on Saturday morning. But it was a weekend full of activities and that's why I only do my Xhaust post about it today.
As you can see, it was just a casual run: a bit less than 10 km at a not too slow but not too fast pace. I don't have a lot of time right now and I only run once a week so I don't think I will do interval trainings now. In a few weeks, I will try to run during lunch time at work but it's still too soon to do that.
