Good morning, good breakfast preparation and preparation to leave for work.
Do not forget to have breakfast first before leaving for work for a healthy body throughout the day.
As a choice of breakfast menu can be tried rice or bread.

Hi rouza, a good morning to you as well. I’m bad, more often than not I skip Breakfast. I came across an eating plan that suggests that is not a bad idea. I’ll have to read more about it. So, for now breakfast it is. Nice bird. I started putting my photos on Twenty20 ( nick4033).
