Bug on Simple Gallery: The three dots icon button does not exist

Expected behavior
Supposedly after I downloaded the Simpel Gallery app, the features in Simpel Gallery are in the Simpel Gallery app installed on my smartphone, like buttons to display application settings, sort by, media filter, change view type, etc.
Actual behavior
And after I installed the app and opened it, the three dots icon button is missing. In the button there are also some features such as: application settings, sort by, filter media, change view type, etc.
How to reproduce
- Dowload and open app Simple Gallery. Here
- Look on the first page and the second page.
- The three dots icon button does not exist.
- Browser: Simple Gallery - Version [4.0.0]
- Operating system: Android 4.2.2
- Smartphone: Oppo Neo 3

Hello! Your post is of very low quality the video is too blur, the overall quality is low and does not look professional
Note: I was unable to verify the issue on my devices
I believe you could report quality, more obvious and severe bug
