Into the woods

What do you usually see when you are in the wood?

During weekends or holidays, I usually go to the woods and collect firewood. It is best to collect firewood during the hot season or dry season. Most of the firewood I collected are branches of trees, bamboo, and coconut leaves. We used to collect firewood during those times in order to have something to use during rainy days.

When I'm stressed at work or whenever I feel anxious I usually go to the woods to relax and not to collect firewood of course😅. Having some relaxing moments in the woods is very calming. Nature has a lot to offer me: the beautiful ambient, fresh air, and the sound of silence. When I got home from the woods I feel energized.

The amazing view shown in Figures 3 and 4 is the place we usually visit when we collect firewood. The place has many bushes, shrubs, coconut trees, and others. The flora and fauna in this place are of diverse species. A beautiful place isn't it? Behind this beautiful view, there are a lot of stories that people might to you. Local people say that this place is very enchanted and many unknown creatures and some not like ours have been seen in this place. Well, I agree at some point because the view is really nice like you are in an enchanted world. I don't agree that there are some creatures that have been seen in this place that they considered out of this world because I always visit this place alone and see nothing but the beauty of the
surroundings. But, I bring with me my dogs as my guards just in case😂.

So much for that enchanted stories😁. After roaming around the woods or forest I must say, I also visit the river nearby to have swimming. The river has very clear water and cold water. I always do this after collecting firewood or after my relaxing moments in the woods. Many of my neighbors also visited this river to have swimming too.

This is the very reason I love nature because is for free and everything is for free. In the woods or forest, you own your moments, you own your peace.
