Surviving on Veggie Soup and Fried Dried Anchovies - Bad Cramps BEGONE!

My mood's been too sh*tty since last week. I just knew my period will come then but it didn't. I only become like this when its about to come. I'm also having a hard time controlling my emotions, it always leads into one thing, anger. I wish I could just crave more foods rather than be too impatient with everything. I don't crave much food this time but I ate so well. But still, this mood and my emotions...hahhhh.
Anyways, I knew I am not eating healthy foods everyday. But when I felt like my period is on its way to make me suffer, that's when I started to eat more healthy foods. Its effective for sure. And today is finally the start of my suffering...aigoooo. haha. And thats why I decided to have something simple today, should be healthy and of course tasty? Well, this is already tasty for me. Hehe. With just mixed of veggies and couple of eggs.

And although I want this without oil, but I still use a few drop of it coz I want to make it smell nice and tasty. I sauteed lots of mince garlic and onion, I didn't put any meat in it so I should do this much yeah?

Here's mixed vegetables, carrot, cabbage, pechay baguio, and chayote. I also picked a few Malunggay from the backyard, foe an added health benefits ba. I already soaked this in a salt water then rinse it a lot of times, we want clean veggies!

And here's another bad decision I made, I think spicy food is not good to someone on a period as it can cause indigestion no? So I suggest, THROW IT! Kidding, I mean use it another time ƪ(‾.‾“)┐

I also sauteed the veggies with the garlic and onion, I did it for like 3 minutes m, tossing and turning it in medium heat

After that, I added lots of water in it. I mean, its supposed to be a vegetable soup with egg...so ƪ(‾.‾“)┐..i also added the Malunggay leaves on top, I didn't put much but I think this is plenty enough already

And then after 3 minutes I added next the Misua. This noodle is good, its soft and easy to swallow?...i'm not even toothless so why am I emphasizing that (≧▽≦)

Before putting the misua, I snapped the noodles into two because its better that way... I cooked it for another 4 minutes, I want my veggies softer

Before adding the whole egg, I beat one of them and put on the soup. Now the soup are reducing even more. I also seasoned it with salt and chicken cubes. We run out of pepper, sadly

And lastly, I added my two eggs, just like that. I let it cook for 1 minute before turning off the gas

And there we have it. I still added the chili here coz I really want a lil spiciness. I removed it later on

And Mommy D just happened to fry dried anchovies and I had some of it. And man, this two is actually a perfect pair.

Perfect I say! The vegetable soup with egg truly warm my stomach. I love that I seasoned it well, not salty. I actually added a sugar into, maybe a teaspoon? That lil sugar actually helped with the taste. The oldies like it too. Happy me ෆ╹ .̮ ╹ෆ
Seriously, a good food really helps improve someone's mood. Though its just a short while, still, it actually makes me feel good. Then I got cramps after...again, lol. Aigoyahhhh. Yep, nothing last forever ┐( ̄ヘ ̄)┌
