What to do in Melbourne?

Following a fortuitious sequence of events I am in Melbourne.

I'm staying in a kick-ass hotel in the middle of the CBD, and i'm bored. Can anyone recommend something to do? I've been here a few times before so the normal tourist stuff doesn't really appeal to me, and i'm getting a bit bored of the usual fallback positions of shopping and eating.

I'm flying out again late on Monday.
