Is steem dying?

Bitcoin is almost touching 10k and other coins are also doing well then why is steem still at this place. Why is the price of steem not increasing? I thought steem price will be up when crypto market will back on positive track. But now i am frustrated about steem. Can any one tell me something positive about steem?
