41. 자궁내막관련 건강문제와 간호
1절 자궁내막증
정의 : 자궁내막과 유사한 조작이 자궁강이외 다른 부위에 비정상적으로 나타나는 것
발생 : 호발연령은 대부분 젊은 나이 30세~, 35세 정도에 가장 빈도가 많다. 호발부위는 복막, 장기들에 많이 발생하는데 가장 많은 발생부위는 난소이다.
원인 : 월경혈역류, 체강상피화생, 혈액성 파종설 및 직접적 이식 등이 있다.
