The investment is every day more, not to say expense.
Venezuela is a country where education is economic. Today, many children, adolescents and adults go to institutions with an empty stomach. Bringing cookies for tea is a luxury.
A grandfather tells me that the teacher told him to give the child breakfast at home and not continue to take him to eat at the snack. Many children go without breakfast and it is tempting to see the arepa stuffed and not be able to eat.
