"A good leader is think themselves as a workers for the others people, not think themselves as a boss or god. A good leader didn't ask for other to work for him instead they a the one work for others. And a good leader suppose to be a good examples for others."

Be a leader doesn't mean you have to be The Minister, Chairman, Directors or Head of department.

A leader is somebody whom people follow. A leader has authority. For people to accept a leader, his or her leadership must therefore be legitimate. Because people follow a leader, the leader can make people do things.~Wiki

As long you can providing directions, implementing plans, and motivating people you can be a good leader. There is someone who like to have the title LEADER just to show their power, like to being respect, can have more benefit by the power or title. But they didn't know how to manage or how to rule an organization. So what happen actually, the organization didn't growing and advance which lead the people under his/her influence.

What the most important should be in leader?

2. BEING ABLE TO COMMUNICATE
3. HAVING COURAGE, TENACITY AND PATIENCE.
4. CHARACTERISTICS OF HUMILITY AND PRESENCE.

How to develop Leadership in ourselves?

Start with be a leader in your family, in your community, in a club or small groups. Train yourself first in a small community, so next time you're able to conduct or develop big organizations.
