Bad weather

The Straits of Malacca, the strait that divides the countries of Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand, is the strait with the world's busiest shipping route. Every day there are thousands of ships that cross with various destinations.

If we talk about shipping lanes, it is certain that they relate to ships and bodies of water as their passage, such as oceans, lakes and rivers. We must already know everything, water must continue to move or not remain like a highway.

Every place where the ship's trajectory as mentioned above is bound to be a lot of obstacles that will occur. In rivers there are floods and when at sea, of course, the water's behavior depends on the weather.

Natural weather, such as wind, eclipse, full moon, etc. greatly affect waves and sea squares or the ebb and flow of sea water. That's why on the voyage there is the term bad weather which is a sign whether or not activity is safe in the middle of the sea.

The ever-changing natural weather at sea is the center of attention for the crew to always be alert, they will usually communicate with the weather service center or BMKG-Indonesia to always update the weather for the next week.
