I was there in another life

 
I stepped on that unknown ground,
it was my first time there,
my steps danced in a dream,
while the wind brought whispers.
I felt incredible memories,
echoes hidden in the breeze,
I was embraced by laughter of yesteryear,
awakening in me a smile.
I was there in another life,
under skies of shining stars,
murmurs that time forgets,
paths that now walk, distant.
