how to increase steemit power

Dear friends last month i came to know about actifit fitness app tracker, i uploaded only one post, but today i got information about this app that this is very great app to keep body fit, and from today i am going to use it regularly,,and again i will upload daily my fitness report.

dear if you are new and wana get also upvote you can you use app , and you can increase your daily sp,, you will get upvote from actifit app, after uploading your daily report, in this way you can increae your steemit power and also you can increase your sbd power too.
