18th Chess960 Hivechess Tournament
Hello everyone.
This Sunday we have 18th Chess960 Hivechess Tournament. May edition of Freestyle chess is here with biggest rewards so far.
70 Hive in rewards for the 18th edition of Chess960 Tournament.
A bit slower time control than last tournament with 4 + 1 time mode. Comment which time control best suits you so we can go for that next time.
Also, the tournament will start 1 hour earlier than usual.
18th Chess960 Hivechess Tournament or May edition of Chess960 tournament starts this Sunday at 20:00 CEST (18:00 GMT).
Mode for the tournament is 4 + 1. (70 minutes)

70 Hive Total in rewards.
Top 10 ranked players get 2 Hive each.
Top 5 players rewards : First place 13 Hive, second place 11 Hive, third place 9 Hive, fourth place 5 Hive and fifth place 3 Hive.
Players from 11th to 15th place get 1 Hive each
Top 2 Under 1300 Elo players will get 1 Hive each.
1 Hive for biggest upset of the tournament.
Additional 1 Hive for all wins - at least 7 games played.
In order to participate you need Lichess account and to be part of our Lichess team.
Hivechess team (password is "Hive")
And you have to play at least 5 games in tournament to be eligible for rewards.
Any additional rule regarding rewards will be added in Rewards explanation part.
