How to go Vegan in high school

I know that going vegan in high school might be challenging for some. There will probably be social pressure on you from friends and family members, so these are my tips on how to deal with that.

It is important to also not fall into that new vegan trap of being an "angry vegan".
It is better to lead by example than get mad at people because they don't want to change. The best thing you can do is to show people how easy it is to be vegan.
Be an inspirational vegan by dominating on the sports field and eating tasty vegan food!
