Using notepad you can block your or victims pc internet connection.let's see how to do it -

step 1:

Open up notepad and copy and paste the code below.

step2 :

then save the file "anyname".bat ( "" in this double quotation you can use any name) .
Note that: the extension must be in -> .bat

than copy and paste the file in victim computer and double-click the file.
